Book Q and A

Similar to a book report, but the person giving the report presents only minimal information about a book they've read, then the class has to ask questions about the book to get more information.

This is essentially an information gap activity. If the student is answering questions about a book that other students have read (very likely), then they can withold almost all information about the book. In fact, this could be done as a '20 questions' exercise, in which the student initially gives no information about the book, but only answers questions.

As a 20-question type activity, it can be made more difficult by limiting students to only asking yes/no questions, yes/no questions with DO, or other limited question forms.
